The X-Stream is an aeroponic propagator for rooting cuttings. Each cutting sits in a mesh pot held by a neoprene collar, and a pump sprays nutrient solution over the bare stems in the misting chamber below, so roots form in open air rather than in a growing medium.
- 20 propagation sites
- Supplied as a complete set with the misting chamber, vented lid, pump, mesh pots and neoprene collars
- Butterfly vents in the lid for humidity control
- The maker advises keeping the propagation water between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius
