Local Pickup

If you live in the great state of Tasmania and want to come in and say hello, you can select the free pickup option at checkout and your goods will be ready for you to collect from our HQ during business hours Mon- Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-3pm at  1/2 Gatty St, Western Junction, TAS, 7212 

Australia Wide Delivery

HydroFarms always aims to discretely ship your order within 48 hours of purchase Australia wide. Depending on the size of your purchase HydroFarms will either use Australia Post for shipping for lightweight and small orders, or TNT/FedEx for larger shipments. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is despatched with delivery expected within 14 days of purchase to all Australian locations (Except where there is extenuating circumstances beyond our control). Shipping prices vary by location and shipment size so please refer to checkout for shipping costs or free shipping eligibility.

International Shipping

At HydroFarms, we love to accommodate our foreign legion of fans but arranging shipping can be complex. So if you find what you like in our store then please reach out to us at sales@hydrofarms.com.au for custom pricing and shipping to your location.

Free Shipping for Orders over $499

If you spend over $499 in one transaction your goods will be shipped anywhere to you in Australia free of charge. However free shipping isn’t available for some bulky products such as Trimmers, Dehumidifiers, Coco, Garland Trays and more.  For items that are excluded our freight calculator will provide you with an estimate for shipping but please feel free to call us directly on 0483 364 836 to see if we can work out the most economic option for you.

Refunds and Returns

Change of Mind

HydroFarms’ always want to make sure that our customers feel assured with their purchases and as such offer store credit for peace of mind returns. We highly recommend reading this return and refund policy before buying. Please do research about the product that you are buying because we won’t accept returns after 14 days of receiving. For change of mind Returns, the Buyer must ship the goods within 14 days of receiving in an un-used and undamaged state with correct packaging to HydroFarms, 1/2 Gatty St, Western Junction, TAS, 7212.

Faulty Goods

All our products carry a 12 month warranty unless longer warranty terms are stated. Warranty does not cover misuse or negligence. Generally if a product does not work as intended or is faulty, HydroFarms will arrange a replacement and reship the product like for like at no cost. In some cases where there is a faulty component HydroFarms may elect to repair or replace the faulty component at its discretion, again at no cost to you. Alternatively the buyer can elect to be refunded with store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. HydroFarms will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
